What is my cleaning quote?
Mycleaningquote.com is a platform that connects local cleaning service providers with those seeking cleaning job quotes around the home and more. It is completely free to post a job and you are under no obligation to accept any quote.
Do you employ the cleaning operatives?
No all companies and individuals are independent and work completely for themselves, and therefore do not work for Mycleaningquote.com. We obtain quote requests from members of the public on their behalf.
Do you perform checks on your partners?
We carry out basic background checks including insurance documents and check their online reviews. However, we do not carry out DBS/CRB checks, therefore we cannot be held responsible for any loses or claims that may arise. But we do reserve the right to pause or remove partners/cleaners from the platform if we receive an unacceptable amount of complaints/bad reviews.
Do you guarantee the cleaning operative’s work?
Unfortunately, by using any of our partners, you accept that we (Mycleaningquote.com) cannot give any guarantees for such work carried out. This is because each partner is independent and must deal with any issues directly with the customer. Although we love feedback so if you feel you would like to inform us on the quality of the service received (good or bad) please don’t hesitate to send us a message on our contact page of the platform.
How do I pay for the service?
Payment is due on completion of the work once satisfied. Most cleaning operatives take cash or bank transfer. Some will also take debit or credit card payments. It is a good idea to confirm payment methods at time of booking your service. Please note: we do not take payments for the work carried out. Some may ask for a deposit.
If you are looking for a cleaning quote around the home or business, you can post a job for free with no obligation. We make money by charging the cleaning service provider a small subscription fee.
What areas do you cover?
We are a growing business with an aim of making the platform useful for members of the public and commercial customers across the UK.
How do I make a complaint about one of your partners?
If you are not happy with the service received especially for the quality of the work you can send us a message on the contact page of the website. We will endeavour to help you in any way possible. However, we cannot be held liable for any loses or claims should they arise. But we do have legal insurance ourselves.
What do you do with my contact details?
To fulfil a request on the platform we will require you to tell us your name, address, email and phone number. This is so that any interested cleaners who want to quote your job can contact you and visit your home or business. However, your details are only shared when you accept a quote. So don’t worry your details are not shared to potentially dozens of cleaners, only the one (s) you like the sound of.
What if I require multiple services?
You can choose more than one category, but you will need to complete a form for each one.
